Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in GBP (£ / Sterling). If paying in another currency, your bank will determine the exchange rate. Turbo Tan has no control over this.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within up to 2 hours. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. At this point, your order status will be ‘Awaiting Payment’. Do not submit your order multiple times while awaiting payment.

Order Status Updates

• Once your order is processed, the status changes to ‘Completed’, indicating it is awaiting shipment.
• When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your postal reference number. This may not be a tracking number (depending on the selected service) but will indicate if a delivery has been attempted or completed.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt (based on tracking information).

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon/discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with other codes.

Labeling

Vials will be sent unlabelled.

Returns and Refunds
